Being a modest sized licensed builder and remaining so since becoming established in 2017, has given us the ability to operate on a one job at a time basis. Meaning you get our full attention.

You can have peace of mind knowing we are always on site whether that be on the ground with our tool belt on or in our mobile site office reviewing plans and communicating with architects or trades.

We are pleased to have a team consisting of Red Seal and apprentice carpenters. We support our crew from the beginning of their apprenticeship to the National Standard Designation of Red Seal Certified within the carpentry trade. It instills confidence that a tradesperson is skilled and knowledgeable and it promotes excellence and pride in workmanship.

It’s all in who you surround yourself with. The building industry is made up of many professionals, trained craftspeople as well as material and supply providers, and our strong working relationships we have within this community is integral to B. Fair Builds.

A clean worksite and respectful crew is of upmost importance to us as we recognize that our clientele’s build makes the first impression on the community they are joining.
